Meet at the sledding hill pavilion for an out and back run/walk up to 5 miles and finish with some repeats up and down the sledding hill. Start at 6 pm sharp.
Rules of the Road:
• Listen to pre-run announcements do not talk over announcements
• Be mindful of traffic, do not run more than 2 across and move over when cars are coming
• Always run against traffic
• Cross the road at crosswalks when possible
• This is a safe space. Do not sell, push, recruit or promote inappropriately. Just be here to be here.
Covid Rules:
Work hard to maintain 6 foot distance from other attendees while running. Social distancing is everyones responsibility.
Wear a mask/face covering before & after the run. Carry one with you to put on in the event you run through any high traffic areas.
Stay home if you check yes to any of these symptoms OR have any potential contact with someone who is COVID 19 positive:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Join us for group runs, rides, and other training. We also love attending races together to cheer each other on. Athletes of ALL paces are warmly welcomed in this club. Events are all subject to change/cancelation, please email greaterflintathleticclub@gmail.com with any questions. Guests should fill out a waiver before attending.
