Winter long run! This winter we are going to be meeting up on Sunday mornings to get our long run on.
This week we run from the West Boat Launch at Kensington Metropark. Metropark Pass is required to park.
Kensington Metropark offers a paved 8+ mile loop that is maintained in the winter. Features rolling hills.
Join us for group runs, rides, and other training. We also love attending races together to cheer each other on. Athletes of ALL paces are warmly welcomed in this club. Events are all subject to change/cancelation, please email greaterflintathleticclub@gmail.com with any questions. Guests should fill out a waiver before attending.
